@2million - I&#039;d say it&#039;s not terribly important at my work to have interaction or connection with my coworkers.  As it is now, my entire team including my boss is based in another state.  We do all communication over phone or email so I actually don&#039;t see that much changing.  I would miss daily interaction with other people in the office...but to be honest, there isn&#039;t enough of that to miss it too much!

@APOW - Those are some of the perks I&#039;d be looking forward to.  But most of all, it would be the 30 second commute.  I think I would really love that.</description>

		<description>I work at home and although it took some getting used to at first, not sure how I&#039;d cope back in a &#039;proper&#039; office.  Loads of flexibility, bad hair days don&#039;t matter!  You need to motivate yourself though and it can be blimmin cold during the Winter as I can&#039;t afford to have the heating on 24/7.</description>

I would recommend not making the switch to only working from home, but try targeting 2-3 days at home and the rest in the office at least in the beginning.  Depending on how important it is to stay connected to your co-workers in your job you may find that you prefer coming into the office on a regular basis to stay better connected with everyone.</description>
